I think I agree with Craftastrophe’s assessment of the jewellery, but for completely different reasons.
Now, if they were live cicadas instead of just molted skins, that might be a bit much.

Those skins, contrary to popular belief, are not cicadas. At least, the ones here in NZ aren’t. They’re similar, but don’t make any noise.
At any rate, that’s been photoshopped. you can tell by the odd pixelation. I have seen many photoshops in my day and this is a more stark example.
